The Cedar Pavilion is fully enclosed and heated, and every ceremony has a same-site rain plan built in at no extra cost. We've hosted weddings through rain, wind and early snow without moving a single guest off the property.
Most couples book 12–18 months out. We release 24 dates per season, and popular Saturdays from June through September are typically reserved within weeks of release.
Our all-inclusive collections cover venue, florals, catering, wine and music in-house. You're welcome to add outside vendors for photography, video or specialty items — our planning team will coordinate directly with them.
A 20% deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is split into equal monthly installments through the week of your wedding, payable by card, bank transfer or our financing partner, interest-free under 12 months.
The meadow and pavilion are permitted for up to 220 seated guests. Smaller weddings are equally welcome — our design team scales the layout to your headcount.
